Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create design on conversation with team or client
- Visit the site to get ideas about the design, measurements and inspections.
- Proficient in Autocad, sketch up, Rendering, excel & presentation .
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Know how to create drafts, models and prototypes
- Provide accurate, detailed, and to scale drawings
- Preparing costing estimations by using excel.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
- B. Architectural / Interior design with 2 years experience
- Preferred from Modular kitchen/ Interior background only.
- 2-3 years work experience as a Architects/ Designer, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Autocad, sketch up, rendering, excel & presentation .
- Experience in Lumion is an added advantage
- Certification in Autocad, sketch up , rendering added on advantage.
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills -verbal & written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
