To provide requisite administrative, finance and outreach for handling various activities initiated by the Office of Alumni Engagement
The Office of Alumni Engagement works towards nurturing meaningful relationships between alumni and School, as well as between alumni across programmes/cohorts. The job holder in coordination with the Manager enables the School/department to develop and enhance engagement with alumni.
The primary role of the job holder is to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support and assist in various alumni engagement and outreach activities of the department. The job holder needs to work with the Commercials, Finance and Operations departments. He / She needs to work on selecting vendors, raising purchase orders, end to end coordination for facilities available, and completing the processing of all PRs, NPOs and other department bills.
The job holder needs to give administrative, data and logistics support to marquee events with zero errors. The incumbent needs to interact with relevant stakeholders for various events and outreach activities organized throughout the tenure.
