Job Description:
RRC Technologies is a leading skill development and technical training institute committed to preparing students for successful careers in manufacturing and engineering industries. We are looking for an experienced and passionate CNC Programmer Trainer to deliver high-quality training and bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and theory training in CNC Programming and CNC Machine Operations.
- Teach CNC programming using G-Code, M-Code, and industry-standard programming techniques.
- Train students in CNC Turning, CNC Milling, VMC, and machining concepts.
- Demonstrate machine setup, tooling, work holding, and machining operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students on industry best practices, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Assist students with projects, interview preparation, and placement readiness.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe training environment.
- Stay updated with the latest CNC technologies, CAD/CAM software, and manufacturing trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC Programming and Manufacturing.
- Experience in teaching or technical training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- CNC Turning & Milling
- G-Code & M-Code Programming
- Tool Selection & Offsets
- Engineering Drawings
- GD&T Basics
- CNC Machine Setup & Operations
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, NX CAM, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills:
- Industrial machining experience.
- Hands-on experience with VMC/CNC machining centers.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations.
- Student-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
