Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project sites regularly.
- Promote and sell construction or polymer products to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and submit regular market feedback to management.
- Expand dealer/distributor network in assigned territories.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Construction, Building Materials, Polymer, PVC, Pipes, Paints, Hardware, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of dealer and distributor sales channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client visits and market development.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
