Job Description:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing human resources functions within the manufacturing plant, focusing on labor relations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Handling: Manage labor relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and support managers in performance reviews.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [2+ years] of experience in HR, specifically in labor handling within a manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Bardhaman, West Bengal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
