Job Description:
RLT Edzaro is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide prospective students about our training programs while converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain course details, fees, and training benefits effectively.
- Follow up with leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and update the CRM or lead management system.
- Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate student visits to the institute.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing proper guidance and support.
- Respond to student queries professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and admission-related activities.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 1–5years of experience in telecalling, customer service, counselling, or sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
