Technical Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 1.5+ years dedicated to Flutter & Dart.
- State Management: Deep expertise in at least one major state management solution (e.g., BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod).
- Architecture: Solid understanding of Clean Architecture or MVVM patterns.
- Dart Mastery: Proficiency in asynchronous programming (Futures/Streams), null safety, and mixins.
- UI/UX: Ability to translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Flutter widgets with smooth animations.
- Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git (branching strategies, rebasing, and conflict resolution).
