Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our growing EdTech venture. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right educational programs. This is a high-impact role requiring excellent communication skills and a "never-give-up" attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Actively call prospective students/parents from provided leads and convert them into successful admissions.
Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and pain points of the leads to suggest the most suitable courses.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on student interactions to help improve our offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
Target-Driven: A strong desire to meet numbers and earn high incentives.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and [Local Language] if applicable).
Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate.
Experience: For Freshers: A hunger to start a career in sales and a fast-learning mindset.
For Experienced: A proven track record in sales (EdTech or BFSI experience is a plus).
Resilience: Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated throughout the day.
Work Structure & Benefits
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Weekly Off: Rotational week-off (will not always be on Sunday).
Salary: Competitive fixed pay ranging from ₹3 LPA to ₹8 LPA depending on your experience and interview performance.
