Specific Responsibilities
· To prepare classroom arrangement & educational aids .
· To prepare subject topic as per lesson plan & execute as per lesson plan.
· To observe,motivate & support the child learning process.
· To ensure health, safety & security of the child by proper housekeeping & hygiene practices.
· To assess child learning process through continuous observation & summative assessments.
· To identify special need child, if any, & trigger learning interventions
· To ineract with parents to build a bond and trust for holistic development of the child
· To plan & execute curriculum & school timetable, review and initiate improvement interventions for child.
· To maintain records related to child’s learning eg –scanning reports, attendance rgisters, worksheets, Diary maintenance
· To coordinate new admissions & market development activties.

· Authorize to take decisions related discipline, child assessment & parent feedback .

· Parent / Teacher satisfaction score > 90%
· No of Incidents/ Accidents = 0
