Job Requirement : Helpdesk Executive
Experience required: 1+Years
Salary: 3 LPA
Location: New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to users via call, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Create, update, and resolve service tickets within defined timelines.
- Perform user account creation, password reset, and access management.
- Support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and basic networking issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned technical teams.
- Maintain incident records and prepare support reports.
Required Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Hardware & software troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, and ticketing tools.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / IT-related qualification (or equivalent experience).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
