We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our property data across the EstateBetter application and our internal CRM. As the custodian of our digital inventory, you will ensure our internal sales team and external broker network always have access to the most accurate, up-to-date project details, pricing, and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Oversee the accurate onboarding and continuous updating of new real estate projects into the CRM and EstateBetter platform.
- Accuracy Assurance: Regularly audit property availability, CP slabs, commission structures, and unit prices to ensure 100% platform accuracy.
- Asset Organization: Maintain and organize all digital project collateral (brochures, floor plans, site photos, RERA details) within the system for seamless access by the sales team.
- Real-Time Updates: Monitor platform activity and promptly remove sold-out units or update pricing changes to reflect real-time market conditions.
