Job Summary
Happy Real Earth is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across project sites and company facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering reliable electrical solutions while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, switches, lighting, motors, and distribution systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and material usage.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Qualifications
- ITI in Electrician/Electrical Trade (Diploma in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage).
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot faults.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and preventive maintenance.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Time management and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of DG sets, pumps, solar systems, or HT/LT electrical systems is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
