Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Noida, is for a passionate AI Educator/Trainer. The individual will be responsible for delivering effective AI-focused training sessions, developing comprehensive lesson plans, and designing teaching materials. They will create an engaging learning environment, assess learner progress, and ensure course content is aligned with current industry trends. Collaboration with the curriculum development team and mentoring students for career readiness will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design high-quality, industry-relevant AI learning modules
- Solid background in Education and Teaching to impart knowledge and skills effectively
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with learners and address diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in Training methods and tools tailored for AI-related topics and concepts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Education, or related fields
- Prior experience in teaching or training AI or related technologies is a plus
- Ability to stay updated with advancements in the AI industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical use
- Hands-on experience with tools like Chatgpt, Zapier (automation platform), Notion.AI and automation platforms
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in freelancing or using AI for real projects
- Knowledge of no-code / automation tools
- Understanding of business or marketing use cases of AI
