About the Role
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and enthusiastic Telecaller cum Counselor to join our team at Alligators Institute.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career/course requirements, explaining our courses, and helping them choose the right program.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective students and generate course enquiries.
- Follow up with students who have shown interest in our courses.
- Understand students' interests, educational background, and career goals.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, career opportunities, and benefits.
- Counsel students and help them select the most suitable course.
- Schedule counselling sessions and institute visits.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Regularly follow up with interested students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student queries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the institute team regarding admissions and student requirements.
- Achieve daily/weekly enquiry and admission follow-up targets.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Good convincing and counselling skills.
- Ability to communicate with students and parents professionally.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, education, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Monday to Saturday (as per institute schedule)
Compensation
Salary: ₹7k per month for 4 hours/day
Plus: Performance-based incentives on successful admissions.
