- Accreditation Leadership: Lead pre-assessment activities, gap analyses, and end-to-end NABH (or JCI/QAI) accreditation processes.
- Policy & SOP Formulation: Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manuals across all clinical and administrative departments.
- Audits & Risk Management: Schedule and conduct regular internal audits, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any non-conformances, and facilitate mock drills.
- Quality Indicators: Track, analyze, and compile monthly data on clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
- Training & Compliance: Coach staff on patient safety norms, service excellence, and NABH guidelines.
- Patient Experience: Manage grievance redressal systems, analyze patient satisfaction surveys, and work to resolve service gaps
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
