We are looking for a Branch Mnager who can effectively deal with branch operations, admissions and revenue generation ensuring overall business growth and team perfomance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee complete branch operations
* Drive admissions, fee collection, and revenue generation
* Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve targets
* Ensure excellent student experience and support
* Plan and execute strategies for business growth
* Monitor daily performance and report to management
Requirements:
* Minimum 1+ year experience in the education industry (mandatory)
* Strong leadership and team handling skills
* Target-oriented with proven sales/admission experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in branch handling or academic coordination is preferred
