JOB DESCRIPTION
we are seeking for organized and observant ASSESSMENT EXECUITIVE to evaluate and monitor students during their practical field and store training. You will act as operational coordinator and mentor, tracking student attendance, managing schedule, and assessinng their performance during their regular retail store visits.
LOCATION : CALICUT, KERALA
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate students' behavior, learning, and overall performance during their practical store visits.
- Attendance Monitoring: Track and strictly maintain daily store attendance records for all assigned batches.
- Student Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing them with schedules and guidelines for their visits.
- Telecalling & Follow-ups: Call students regarding scheduling updates, follow up on absentees, and handle daily operational calls.
- Reporting: Document assessment scores and attendance data accurately in Excel sheets or internal reporting systems.
QUALIFICATION : ANY DEGREE
EXPERIENCE : FRESHER/EXPERIENCED

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
