Job Description – Telesales Executive
Role Summary
The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing patients, explaining
hospital services, generating OPD appointments, and supporting patient conversions through
telephonic communication. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability
to guide patients toward treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call incoming leads and inquiries generated through digital marketing, referrals, and campaigns.
- Explain hospital services, treatment options, and consultation process to patients.
- Book OPD appointments for doctors and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and patient responses in CRM.
- Follow up with patients who showed interest but have not confirmed appointments.
- Coordinate with patient coordinators and reception team for appointment confirmations.
- Maintain daily call targets and conversion ratios.
- Handle patient objections with empathy and clarity.
- Share daily reporting with the team leader or sales manager.
Key Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to build patient trust over phone
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to handle patient concerns and objections
- Good listening skills
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- 1–3 years of telesales, telecalling, or patient counseling experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
