Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing processes and be passionate about delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and technical requirements and prepare test scenarios/test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
- Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
- Maintain test documentation and provide testing status updates.
- Ensure the application meets quality and usability standards.
- Participate in the complete software testing life cycle.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and test case preparation.
- Knowledge of bug reporting and defect life cycle.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of API testing, SQL, or automation testing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in both day and night shifts.
