Job Summary
A Business Development Manager is responsible for providing on-site technical sales support to customers. The role combines hands-on IT infrastructure expertise with customer-facing sales activities, including solution design, demonstrations, site assessments, and implementation support. This position works closely with sales teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit customer sites to assess existing IT infrastructure and business requirements
* Provide on-site pre-sales technical support to sales teams
* Design and recommend IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security)
* Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer locations
* Prepare technical proposals, solution diagrams, and cost estimates
* Support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot installations at customer sites
* Act as the primary technical contact during the sales cycle
* Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams
* Assist during deployment and handover to implementation/support teams
* Troubleshoot basic infrastructure issues during field visits
* Build long-term technical relationships with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
