Role Overview
The Google Ads Growth Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with basic experience who want to build a career in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and prepare effective ad copies
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
- Optimize campaigns for improved leads, conversions, and ROAS
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and optimization
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends and best practices
Eligibility
For Freshers:
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn performance marketing
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 3+ months experience in Google Ads or performance marketing
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹55,000 per month + incentives
