Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can create user-focused designs for websites and digital products. The role requires a balance of design thinking, usability understanding, and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Design responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms
- Develop clear and consistent design systems and style guides
- Conduct basic user research and analyze user behavior
- Build user flows, personas, and information architecture
- Perform usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
- Ensure designs follow basic accessibility standards
- Work closely with developers and other team members
- Improve designs based on performance data and user insights
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Framer)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
