Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic International Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international outbound/inbound calls, communicating with clients professionally, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international outbound and inbound calls
- Communicate with clients professionally and effectively
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions
- Follow up with leads and customers
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in international calling/process preferred
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
