*Job Description - Sales/Business Development Manager*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Drive lead generation for film production projects through various platforms, industry networks, referrals, and business development channels.
- Generate leads through various channels, conduct outreach, and build strong relationships with potential partners, brands, investors, etc.
- Identify and approach brands for collaborations, sponsorships, endorsements, in-film integrations, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, production houses, studios, investors, HNIs, and key industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships and business initiatives.
- Follow up on investor inquiries, proposals, and funding discussions to drive conversions.
*Requirements:*
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Media, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to generate leads and build relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,541.75 per month
