Job Title: CRM Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly coordinate and report to the Director regarding customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Handle customer calls, queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain customer records, inquiry status, and follow-up reports.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in customer handling, follow-ups, telecalling, coordination, or client servicing preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Email Communication, and Reporting.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
