About the Role
Cognegica Networks is looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern who is enthusiastic about marketing, business growth, content creation, and digital outreach.
You will work closely with the growth and operations team to support marketing initiatives, generate leads, build brand visibility, and contribute to business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.
- Support lead generation and prospect research.
- Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Create and coordinate social media and marketing content.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Maintain and update lead databases and marketing trackers.
- Support website, SEO, and content marketing activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome.
- Strong interest in Marketing, Growth, Business Development, or Sales.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and digital marketing tools.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Contract & Full-Time Opportunity
This is a 3-month contract-based internship. Based on performance, ownership, and contribution during the internship, selected candidates may be offered a full-time employee position with Cognegica Networks upon successful completion of the contract.

Stipend: 10000 per month
