The HR Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, employee support, statutory compliance, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and facility management. The role requires a proactive professional who can effectively support both people and business operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for operational, support, and managerial positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee documentation and personnel records.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reporting.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain employee records.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support performance management and training programs.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee relations matters.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records and employee documentation.
- Support audits and compliance reviews.
AdministrationOffice & Facility Management
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation.
- Manage travel bookings and expense documentation.
Vendor Management
- Liaise with vendors for office services, facility management, and procurement.
- Monitor service quality and vendor performance.
Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate issuance and return of company assets.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare HR and administrative reports.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and compliance records.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
