Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field sales executives and BDE teams.
- Drive customer acquisition through field activities, references, and direct marketing.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by management.
- Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and field monitoring.
- Develop business in assigned territories and branch locations.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure service support.
- Coordinate with branch teams for lead conversion and documentation.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members.
- Ensure daily activity tracking and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and team handling skills.
- Experience in field sales and target-based environments.
- Good knowledge of financial products, chit funds, insurance, or loans.
- Leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
