Role Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to drive the distribution of our insurance products. Preferably background in sales or relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibility
- Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, understanding
their needs and aligning our insurance solutions to meet those needs.
- Quality Service: Ensuring High quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization
for maximum service quality
- Problem Solving: Responsible for generating new channel and coordinating with old channel for resolving
their concerns/needs and provide services
- Activation: Activation of bank staff with health insurance and other GI products
- Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by promoting Tata AIG’s insurance products through banking
channels, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to bank staff on our products and sales processes,
ensuring they are well-equipped to sell insurance effectively.
- Market Insights: Gather and analyze market intelligence and feedback from banking partners to identify
opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Banking/ Insurance sales experience preferred

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
