Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and support the organization’s financial health through effective accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and ensure timely bank reconciliations and account closures
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audits
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Review and verify expense reports and payroll entries
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CA / CMA / ACCA (preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- FMCG Experience preferred
