Narang Ethnics is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shopify Executive to manage our online store and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload and manage products on the Shopify website.
* Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
* Conduct basic product quality checks before dispatch/listing.
* Coordinate order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day website operations.
* Monitor and manage the Shopify backend efficiently.
* Ensure accuracy in product information, sizes, and categorisation.
* Assist in maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer experience across the website.
Requirements:
* Basic hands-on experience with Shopify website management.
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining reports, inventory records, and order-related data.
* Good understanding of product uploads and backend operations.
* Attention to detail with an eye for product quality and accuracy.
* Organised, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
* Prior experience in e-commerce or fashion retail will be an advantage.
