Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, nurturing leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and closing sales for Textspeed's CPaaS solutions. The Shark Team focuses on aggressive outbound sales, quick follow-ups, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) within defined SLAs.
- Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Research target companies and understand their business needs.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Contact prospective customers and qualify opportunities.
- Understand customer communication challenges and business requirements.
- Present Textspeed's CPaaS solutions and value proposition.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with the Pre-Sales team when required.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
- Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle until closure.
Product Selling
Promote and sell:
- WhatsApp Business API
- Bulk SMS Solutions
- RCS Messaging
- Voice (IVR, OBD & Voice OTP)
- Bulk Email
- Chatbots
- Communication APIs
- Omnichannel CPaaS Platform
Pipeline Management
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
- Update CRM with call notes, meetings, quotations, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Track deal progress and forecast expected closures.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Meet call, meeting, demo, and conversion KPIs.
- Increase average customer revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Convert trial users and existing customers into long-term paying clients.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, onboarding, and implementation.
- Coordinate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding after deal closure.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Share customer feedback and market insights.
- Participate in daily sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and training sessions.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- CRM experience (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Good presentation and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or CPaaS sales.
- Experience selling enterprise software or cloud solutions is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
