Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for conceptualizing and executing interior design plans, but also for supervising project implementation, conducting regular site visits, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, 3D visuals, and detailed drawings.
- Create presentations and layout plans that meet client expectations and brand standards.
- Source materials, furnishings, and decor while staying within project budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution aligns with design intent.
- Supervise on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
- Oversee timelines and quality control throughout the execution phase.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and material knowledge.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to travel for site visits and manage on-site teams.
- Prior experience in commercial projects is a plus.
