Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
- Assist with office errands, banking, and courier services when required.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery and pantry items.
- Arrange meeting rooms and assist during meetings.
- Open and close the office as instructed.
- Support administrative staff with basic office tasks.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Pay: From ₹11,500.00 per month
