- Passing journal entries - Sales & Purchase, cash
- Checking of Purchase orders and Material Receipt Note (MRN)
- · Making entries of purchase invoices, debit note, credit note on regular basis
- · Take the approval of purchase invoices and outstanding before payments
- · Prepare quarterly GST summery
- · Prepare data for C & F form application and check both the forms after receiving from sales tax department and despatch to parties.
- · Prepare purchase related MIS reports
- · Co-ordinate with employees of other department for internal audit queries.
- Making sales invoice entries.
- Follow up with factory for any queries related to invoices.
- Prepare debit and credit note product wise and scheme wise· Provide support in all Modern Trade Depot activities.
- Provide support in all statutory work related to sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
