Lead Business Analysis (Senior Business Analyst) Position Summary UST is seeking an experienced Lead - Business Analysis (Senior Business Analyst) to drive business analysis, process discovery, requirements management, and solution definition for SmartOps and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, AI-enabled, and automation-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Consulting, Process Transformation, or related roles. Proven experience leading requirements gathering and business analysis activities for large-scale enterprise programs. Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and executive leadership. Hands-on experience with process analysis, workflow optimization, business process modeling, and solution definition. Understanding of Intelligent Automation, Workflow Platforms, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities. Experience creating business requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Lead business discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation activities to understand business challenges and opportunities. Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency improvements. Work closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and engineering teams to define solution requirements and delivery roadmaps. Translate business needs into detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Support the design of SmartOps solutions involving Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Workflow Automation, AI/ML, Generative AI, and enterprise integrations. Facilitate backlog management, prioritization sessions, sprint planning, and requirements clarification activities. Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, business process assessments, and solution feasibility evaluations. Ensure requirements traceability and alignment between business objectives, solution design, and delivery outcomes. Collaborate with QA and engineering teams during testing cycles to validate business requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Drive process standardization, governance, documentation quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and measure business value, operational efficiencies, and transformation outcomes resulting from SmartOps implementations. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor for business process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, industry best practices, and business analysis methodologies to continuously enhance solution capabilities and business outcomes.
