Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior IT Sales Manager with 15+ years of experience in IT solutions and services sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, acquiring enterprise clients, leading high-performing sales teams, and closing large, complex IT deals. Expertise in Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Applications is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
3. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, partners, and key stakeholders.
5. Drive customer satisfaction, account growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams while establishing performance metrics and fostering a high-performance culture.
7. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to create winning proposals and solutions.
8. Build strategic partnerships, monitor market trends, prepare forecasts, manage sales budgets, and provide business insights to leadership.
9. Track sales performance through CRM, maintain a healthy pipeline, and ensure compliance with organizational sales processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
3. Proven success in exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
4. Strong expertise in enterprise IT solutions, account management, and C-level engagement.
