Hiring: Talent acquisition Manager/ Recruitment Manager/ HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment)

Experience: 8–15 Years in Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit managerial & critical talent through headhunting.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer management.
- Track market trends, talent mapping, and competitor hiring.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in headhunting and leadership hiring.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Expertise in LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Experience in executive search or recruitment consultancy.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
