Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and results-driven professionals for the post of Asst. Business Development Manager (Asst. BDM) / Sr. Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to work and grow with us by generating new business opportunities for our International and Domestic Third-Party Manufacturing division.
The candidate will also be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting the complete sales process from inquiry, purchase order confirmation and dispatch of the products.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services.
- Generate leads through networking, industry databases, online platforms, trade exhibitions, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using reporting tools.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and effective relationship management.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing, Third-Party Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and dosage forms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and close sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Skills
- Existing contract manufacturing clients network within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in handling domestic and/or international pharmaceutical clients.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
