We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain CNC machine programs for the production of precision components. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC programming, machine setup, tooling selection, and interpreting engineering drawings while ensuring quality and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Set up CNC machines and perform trial runs before production.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce machining time.
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain program documentation and revision records.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Assist machine operators with technical support when required.
- Monitor tool wear and recommend tooling improvements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
