Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Secretary to support our technical and administrative operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with teams, and ensuring efficient office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and maintain technical documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage schedules, meetings, and calendars for technical staff
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Handle emails, correspondence, and internal communication
- Maintain proper filing systems for technical records
- Assist in data entry and documentation for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers may also can apply)
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical/engineering environment
- Familiarity with document control processes
