Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, initial client outreach, and nurturing prospects. The candidate will be trained on IJCP Group’s offerings, target clients, and value proposition.
The role involves engaging potential clients, consistent follow-ups, and qualifying leads until they are ready for deeper discussions. Once the client shows strong interest, the Business Development team will take over the relationship and closure process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Introduce prospects to IJCP Group’s services and platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Schedule meetings or discussions for the Business Development team once the prospect is ready.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or internal trackers.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the BD team.
- Must have a hands-on experience with using LLM’s and AI tools for lead generation, prospecting etc.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and working with targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency with prompt generation and engineering
Preferred
- Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Communication experience will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
