Lawctopus is hiring for the role of Admissions Counsellor – Law Programs.
In this role, you will guide students and professionals exploring Indian and international law-related education opportunities, including degree programs, campus admissions, and higher education pathways. You will be responsible for conducting first-level counselling, understanding learner aspirations and academic goals, qualifying leads, and helping prospective learners identify the most suitable opportunities.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys speaking with learners, understanding their aspirations, and helping them make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Guide students and professionals in exploring suitable Indian and international law-related education opportunities, including degree programs, campus admissions, and higher education pathways.
- Understand learners’ aspirations, career goals, academic background, and financial considerations to recommend relevant options.
- Conduct first-level counselling and lead qualification through calls, WhatsApp, email, and Zoom interactions.
- Build trust-based relationships with prospective students and support them throughout the initial decision-making process.
- Coordinate with the Lawctopus–Edumilestones backend team for detailed counselling, conversions, and application support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, pipeline, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience from enquiry to admission.
- Achieve monthly counselling, admissions, and revenue targets while maintaining a consultative and student-first approach.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in counselling, admissions, education sales, or learner engagement roles.
- A background in law or familiarity with legal education will be preferred.
- Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and guide effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building and persuasion skills. Proficiency in both English and Hindi will be preferred.
- Comfortable conducting counselling conversations over calls and virtual platforms.
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
