Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel and work across South India based on project requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of client, vendor, and subcontractor bills.
- Measurement and certification of work executed at site.
- Preparation of RA Bills, final bills, and quantity reconciliation statements.
- Coordination with project teams for billing documentation and approvals.
- Monitoring project costs, variations, and additional work claims.
- Maintaining BOQs, work orders, and billing records.
- Ensuring timely submission and follow-up of invoices and payments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, billing, and project costing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel across South India for project execution.
