Key Accountabilities
Operations Management
100% SOP implementation
Full usage of Crest View, Crest Connect and La Circle apps
Review meeting with all PMs/APMs on a weekly/fortnightly basis followed by a property round
Monthly briefing with all PMS staff on site to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
Attendance and bills to be submitted before the deadline
Collection follow ups to be done regularly to ensure a positive cash flow
Internal audit score for all sites to be >90% average for the year
Customer Satisfaction
Create pending issues file and share with society members monthly
Maintain a professional working relationship with the chairman and secretary for quick problem resolution and minimize escalations
Ensure customer feedback is collected regularly, and the score is >4
Liasioning
Liase with HR to resolve employee grievances and close recruitment in a timely manner
Liase with Procurement for vendor related matters
Ensure basic training at sites is conducted regularly and attendance is maintained
Coordinate with Finance for petty cash and billing related issues
