Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Car Showroom
Location: Chennai- Alandur, Guindy, Nandambakkam,Ambattur
Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or automobile dealership
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and ensure a positive experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service bookings, vehicle delivery updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely communication and smooth customer handling.
- Collect customer feedback post-service or delivery and escalate concerns when required.
- Support in customer retention activities, loyalty programs, and event coordination.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
