We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our Logistics Academy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our logistics and supply chain courses, and assisting them with the admission process.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to student leads and inquiries
- Explain academy courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Follow up with interested students and parents
- Guide students through the admission process
- Maintain call records and update lead information
- Achieve daily call and admission targets
