About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Analyst with Sales responsibilities who can bridge the gap between client requirements and business solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the technical team to deliver suitable solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
- Gather and analyze client requirements.
- Understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and project specifications.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients.
- Coordinate with development and design teams for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Gather client feedback and suggest improvements.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and IT Services.
- Sales negotiation and client handling skills.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing/Business Administration) or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Business Analysis, Sales, or Business Development is preferred.

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
