The RTO & Insurance Executive is responsible for managing all vehicle registration, insurance documentation, policy issuance, renewals, claims coordination, and statutory compliance. The role ensures timely processing of customer documents while delivering a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities RTO Responsibilities
- Process new vehicle registration with the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
- Prepare and submit all registration-related documents accurately.
- Coordinate for permanent registration, temporary registration, HSRP, and RC issuance.
- Follow up with RTO officials to ensure timely completion of registrations.
- Verify customer KYC and statutory documents before submission.
- Track pending registrations and update customers on status.
- Ensure compliance with all RTO regulations and dealership policies.
- Maintain records of vehicle registration, RC status, and document dispatch.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and delivery teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
Insurance Responsibilities
- Arrange insurance policies for new vehicle deliveries.
- Explain available insurance products and coverage to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance.
- Process policy renewals and customer follow-ups.
- Assist customers in insurance endorsements and policy modifications.
- Coordinate accident claim documentation and claim settlements.
- Liaise with surveyors, insurers, and workshop teams for claim processing.
- Maintain records of policies, renewals, claims, and commissions.
- Ensure all insurance documentation is accurate and complete.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify customer identity and address proof.
- Maintain digital and physical records of RTO and insurance documents.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are fulfilled before vehicle delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
