We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant with strong expertise in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, data migration, system integration, and testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA while supporting end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Map legacy business processes (including JD Edwards and other ERP platforms) to SAP S/4HANA solutions and conduct detailed fit-gap analysis.
- Analyze business requirements and design future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation of master data, financial data, and transactional records.
- Define and validate interface mappings between SAP S/4HANA and connected systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
- Investigate and resolve cross-functional and cross-system issues impacting business processes.
- Support cutover planning, deployment, go-live activities, and hypercare stabilization.
- Ensure business continuity, governance compliance, data integrity, and quality standards throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test scenarios, and deployment readiness deliverables.
Required Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in ERP transformation, SAP implementation, or migration programs.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA business process design and fit-gap analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and interface mapping.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Strong understanding of master data, financial processes, and transactional process flows.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Finance transformation programs
